SAFETY PROGRAM

About The Program

Scorpio Construction, Inc. has established a very detailed safety program over the years. We have modeled our program after RCA's Accredited Safety Program, which Scorpio Construction, Inc. is a member. Over the years and with the changing of times, Scorpio Construction, Inc. has continued to improve and implement higher safety standards and understands the importance of employee safety. We have created a job site safety program which is very proactive in preventing accidents and educates our subcontractors. Below are some examples of how we prevent accidents.

• Job site super required to pass OSHA 10 hour course.

• Job site super required to do Job Site OSHA Inspection prior to job start.

• Job site super required to do weekly safety meetings with all sub contractors and vendors.

• Upper Management required to do unannounced OSHA on site inspections.

• Subcontractors are required to read safety regulations and acknowledge them in writing that they will abide by them.

• Safety Director is required to complete yearly OSHA compliance continue education courses.
