When a client requires a budget estimate for pre-approval of a project, we can evaluate the concept and location, to provide a cost estimate.

From the beginning the concept of value engineering was seen to be cost validation exercise, which did not affect the quality of the product. The straight omission of an enhancement or finish would not be considered value engineering. This led to the second definition.

You provide us with the concept and we will provide the drawings and complete the project to your specifications. This service allows our clients the ability to deal with their own dedicated design team from start to finish.

We provide our clients with complete permit expediting, from the initial submittal to picking up the finalized permit, including the sometimes unavoidable re-submittals. We have dealt with hundreds of building departments and are very familiar with the various policies and procedures.
