Health Insurance - Health Insurance is available after you have worked for Scorpio Construction Inc. for three (3) months. At this time you must decide if you want health insurance coverage through Scorpio Construction Inc./Blue Cross-Blue Shield or if you are waiving your right to health insurance through the Scorpio Construction Inc.

If you choose to have health insurance coverage through Scorpio Construction Inc., Scorpio will pay fifty percent (50%) of the total premiums and the employee is responsible for the other fifty percent (50%).

Scorpio Construction Inc. has introduced new voluntary benefits offered through Aflac.
When participating in Aflac benefits through Scorpio Construction you will have three advantages:
Aflac benefits are offered through payroll deduction.
Most plans are available on a pre-tax basis
You will receive a group payroll rate

401K Plan - Scorpio Construction, Inc. has established a 401K/Profit Sharing Plan to benefit our employees. After one (1) year of uninterrupted full time employment, you may begin contributing to the 401k plan. Scorpio Construction will match 50% up to the first 6% of all employee contributions. Open enrollment for the 401k plan is the first day of each calendar quarter.

Vacation & Sick Pay - Full time employees are eligible for vacation and sick pay after one year of employment

Incentives & Bonus Package - All superintendents who complete a project on time, produce quality that meets our expectations, completes all punch list items, and closes out their project with all of the required paperwork submitted at the time of job completion will receive a jobsite bonus above and beyond their salary.
